I'm at the beach this week, and being here reminded me of some foot stalking I did here a few years ago. I was walking along the beach, taking photos of the scenery, when I stumbled upon this guy:
I thought his soles were amazing. Loved his curvy arches, so I started taking some stealth photos of him.I managed to take three when, all of a sudden, one of his friends returned from their beach house and started eyeing me suspiciously.
I got out of there, but walked up to the boardwalk to see if I could get a better angle with my zoom. Unfortunately, I didn't have the best camera with me, and this was the best I could do:
Then, I had a brainstorm. You know those 25 cent telescopes you can use at the beach to look out over the water? There happened to be one right there. Here's the view I got through the telescope without my zoom...
And with my zoom. Bingo! The long-distance lens made his feet appear a bit smaller here than they actually were, but I got the shot I wanted.
